Tracy is probably the rudest costumer service agent I have ever encountered. She was not only rude but really not helpful and insulting! Bummer as I have purchased something from RH and they use this delivery service. Now it takes me 1 month to get my purchase for a really premium price. I really wish I wouldn't have to deal with them as it makes the entire purchase really not enjoyable.
I don't know anyone who enjoys the moving process. One thing i can tell you is do your homework on the movers you choose. I did a very thorough search on reviews and get moving won hands down. The gentleman who came to my home to estimate the move was friendly and very professional. He made my choice easy. The day of my move the team was on time, professional and communicated to my needs through the entire process. They actually did it faster than expected, put everything where i needed it and zero mess or damage to anything. I can't say enough nice things about this crew. Daniel, Jason & Will get my 5 stars now and in the future. I highly recommend them if you want worry free, fast and affordable service.
