We have used Winston Transportation 6 times to date for transport to Manhattan and Cape Liberty Piers. They are always on time and dependable. Just last week the van met our family of 6 at Cape Liberty Pier in NJ. We exited debarkation door and the brightly marked Winston van was waiting in the parking lot for us. Not a minute was wasted. We were driven home safely and promptly. Plan on using them again in December and January for transportation from Dix Hills to the Manhattan Pier.
Good company, reliable ,went to Las Vegas for my vacation using shared ride, took just more 15 minutes to pick other riders up. Book round trip on line, and came back to NY and pick my luggage , called to company and waited for 10 minutes for pick up. The best price what I could find and very good service.Thank you
They didn't tell me it would be a shared ride and I had to wait over an hour for other guests to arrive before we could leave the airport after waiting for them to pick me up. Communication would be nice. Dispatcher was very rude and couldn't be bothered to help. Get your act in gear Winston.
I have used Winston twice. The first time there were no problems and the ride was great. The second time there appeared to be a mixup and the cab didn't show. I was annoyed about this, and I needed to find a new ride. The refund wasn't credited immediately but when I called to follow up two weeks later the woman was very polite and apologetic and promised to process the refund immediately. So they took care of the problem. I will probably use them again in the future because I know they have taken care of me better in the past.
